Tom is a founding partner of the firm and has spent his career providing complex tax, corporate wealth planning and commercial advice to a large range of clients. With over 50 years of experience, he regularly helps business owners with transactional matters, corporate re-organizations, and estate and trust planning. He also has significant experience working with professional corporations in regulated industries. Tom is one of Hamilton’s few tax lawyers, and he often resolves disputes with creative corporate solutions and innovative tax planning. He has deep roots in the community and has served on numerous charitable & professional organization boards over the years.

Daniel R. Lawlor

Dan handles the firm’s real estate and estate administration matters. He regularly advises clients about efficient probate planning, drafts complex wills, and acts on a wide range of real estate and financing transactions. He also assists with corporate and commercial transactions and is involved with a range of professional matters with the Hamilton Law Association.
